They've always got ads running. Tech is the hardest thing to keep people in at the moment, they're in high demand and getting head-hunted regularly because of all the covid-related stimulus that businesses and govt got a few months back. Was talking to a job-agency the other day that specialise in tech placements and he said "fuhgedaboudit!"
