Agree on most of this. the service would be very complex and lots of SLA etc tied to the contract. they would be held accountable for everything that happens. Cirrus have a very experienced MS operations manager who is a veteran with these type of services and would of been instrumental in this win, you could rest assured that Matt and the boys would rely on his expertise to get these type of solutions and services designed and right.
