Yep. The whole spec market should start turning the next few months too, specs have been in a large sell off for nearly 3 months now.. Especially the last two, It wont last. Anns and news flow wil begin to roll out, management will continue to execute and tick boxes and this will time well with the market change.CRR will fly. If we hit its going to be a monster and this wont be under 100mill MC. The more i look at this project and the target size we have, its mind boggling what we have. Its going to be exciting to watch it all unfold.
