During the time of administration a company was willing to pay 13m for it (as outlined in the Administrator's report) however if KGL withhold the sale until next calendar year, they keep the cash and don't have to pay back the relevant creditors.

SM has also indicated due to the poor performance of Murchison he knows that the market won't support a CR. So we have our remaining cash + Murchison sale price to complete FS.
