IMO the announcement was an attempt to distance the IRX CEO, Darryl Davies from the fraud case.
Darryl Davies is a Director of both Cannvalate and Ingenu and he’s a shareholder of Cannvalate. And Cannvalate is the holding company for Ingenu. It doesn’t matter if he hasn’t been directly named as an individual defendant like his long term business partner Sud Agarwal, he’s a director of CVL and they are a defendant in this fraud case.
Please explain to me why anyone would buy IRX under these circumstances? You don’t have any idea what might happen until the legal case has reached a conclusion. What do you think happens to IRX if the fraud case succeeds? IRX has no money today and there’s no buying support in the market. The reason I don’t hold this company is pretty obvious, why do you hold it?
