Honestly, very happy to be put in my place. I see my connection between board member Amitava Mukharjee's periodic comments in India about Legacy outside of the company's official announcements and get worried a game is being played.
maybe i connected some very distant dots trying to flesh out my fear of wrong-doing. From everybody's response, I went over the top and things are in place PLUS there seems no advantage to NMDC trying to shaft shareholders.
So back to waiting more, somewhat mollified, for 4 years of watching Legacy and 2 years investing to become fruitful...
