I believe what is required is:
* EGM to vote on whether we want to proceed as outlined by management with taking over Avebury
* Comply with ASX Chapter 1 rules ( issuing of Prospectus is Condition 3)
* Comply with ASX Chapter 2 rules

When the ASX believes Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 rules have been complied with they will deign to allow us to relist for quotation on the ASX.

Have a read of those and you will get how much discretion the ASX has.
