Very poor close after such an important/company changing...

Very poor close after such an important/company changing announcement this morning especially when nearly 12m shares traded hand plus hitting a high of 13.5 cents...maybe that gets rid of the day traders and opens the way for medium term investors to take up a position over the next few dyas/weeks....
I would have thought that the company has funding plans already well in place now this large off take has been agreed and I would hope we get news fairly quickly. As for a CR (as was mentioned above) I'm unsure as the company has been fairly frugal in the past and not diluted the company for the sake of it...If it can hold off until funding agreed then the upside would be even greater...
