To sell on a :
1. Market cap less than the funding they have
2. On a revolutionary drug
3. CEO and directors increasing their holdings at 7.5 cents
4. Significant news flow in the quarter ahead
5. Peers in the same space trading 70-100 million market caps on pre clinical success
6. Heavily de risked and very high probability that it will JV and receive non dilutive funding of an additional 5-10 million
To sell on the first point alone is just plain stupidity but it’s the market and you have to love it
