Bendustan, you again miss my point and over generalize. Yes a company must report material results and without "undue" delay but there is no specific prescribed time interval between when results are received and when released to market. I guess "timely" would be what the ASX would work on. Here is an example based on my trading and investing for over 30 years, I have come to note that there generally in my view tends to be more announcements made to the ASX ( and in particular market sensitive announcements) by companies on a Monday rather than other days of the week. Now, why should this be one might ask ? My explanation is that results are likely to have been received towards the mid to back end of a week and the upcoming weekend gives management the "free time" to over the weekend to prepare the announcement. Now its probable in many cases an announcement could have been made on the Thursday or Friday when results were released but hey-ho its the Monday instead given the convenience of having an intervening weekend. Some "elasticity" it would seem in timing between receipt and disclosure. So what I'm saying is that some elasticity in timing of announcements is not out of the ordinary. Putting that aside, do you feel ( like me) the NYR announcement, while giving us good news, could really have been more than just a bare-bones statement of fact as opposed to being somewhat more informative for shareholders. AS mentioned earlier for instance I don' t understand what the brain slice numbering means, is it referring to days following the administration of NYR-BIO3 drug, or what ?. Good results no doubt but a poorly scripted narrative provided in the announcement
