There are good reasons for the doldrums. The 50c was reached through blatant ramping by the CEO and supported by numerous individuals on HC. The initial JORC resource was well below misleading expectations, while the geology of numerous narrow veins spread out in a severely faulted mountainous geology did not support economic mining.
Consequent activity did nothing to put the concerns of misled investors to bed.
The company promised an updated scoping study with MRE a few years ago but has failed to deliver.
General mistrust of management whose past history with other exploration companies is less than impressive, continues to keep SP depressed.
