But the jurisdictions PSC are operating in are encouraging investment and have proven that by expediting approvals for PSC’a previous Arcadia mine which was then sold for substantial profit for SHs. This time round they’ll either develop it themselves and sell the stock down the road to Huayou to add to their processing or do a rinse and repeat and sell a fully permitted mine ready to go.
