With latest announcement from Moora and especially on the IPO part, one could understand as one of the reason of the prolongation of any JV or TO offer. Now that they see value in the exploration assets they want to have the right structure in place and have different teams focused on different assets maximizing the value for share holders. The beauty of this is that Share holder will get an attractive entry ticket in the IPO of Mora Gold and Buldania Lithum Co.
