I don't feel it is that much risk at this level. The money Mct has spent is well documented and ultimately Ken and Nme will lose their court battle. All he can do is delay the inevitable, which I must admit Ken has been quite good at. Why Nme shareholders would vote for a guy who wants to stall a project vs someone who just wants to get on with it, who the f.. knows. I have looked at all possible scenarios even the world economy collapsing. If that happens, silver for sure will have a run and Mct holds the 2nd largest deposit in Australia at a Mc of 7m. Nme has no money so hopefully at some point if they realise they can't work with Mct, then hopefully they see the sense in selling the Jv and moving on. No point being a sensitive little bitch about it especially when you have millions if shares invested in the project. Anyway I'm rambling sometimes a clip explains it better.
