Given the assets that NWE currently hold, including Mr Kennedy. (who introduces himself as "The Money"). (James Bond fans will understand, although Vesper is better looking). I'm sure that they will find a way to get the Xanadu oil to market. Once that happens, who cares about dilution. The proof in the pudding will be the enhanced SP and NWE's bank balance.
