A highly experienced mining engineer and project manager with a proven track record - the perfect fit to fast-track development of Quicksilver.

He has seriously thrown his lot in with the Company too - taking a relatively modest salary package for such an experienced mining executive.

But highly leveraged and incentivised with options to fuel the fire in his belly. And we've seen him buy on-market.

Alongside us all, Damon will do very well if he makes this enterprise succeed.

(You've got to like managements with serious skin in the game. Our whole Board is highly invested.)


I guess for now we remain in thrall to the metallurgists - primarily the impressive Brian McNab, Principal Process Engineer/Extractive Metallurgist at Wood, who has been guiding the work, and the team at Bureau Veritas.

The full weight of our CEO's formidable skill-set will come into its own, and kick into even higher gear I imagine, in the next stages for Quicksilver - which look ever more likely as boxes continue to be ticked.
