Yes few reasons the drillers may choose a 180 degree azimuth such as saving time in repositioning the drill, and more often it’s ground conditions ie you can’t get good footings for yr drill.
It’s one thing geos drill positing from mapping/aerial images and another getting on the ground and drilling team saying nah…
