i'm still trying to figure out what 180 degrees means in the sense of 5 to 5a ?

"The drilling of hole AD-22-005a, which was at an angle of 180 degrees from AD-22-005, appears to have
ended in pegmatite and further drilling may be warranted to determine the total depth. Drill casings have
been left in place to facilitate rapid completion pending results from laboratory assays."

Does that mean a scissor hole ? like lets say one is 45 deg from horizontal say, to south, then the other ass about 180 deg, at 45 deg to hor still, but to north ?
