I admit to being a little confused by this announcement. Then again I am easily confused. It talks about a potential significant upgrade and in the same announcement says that they are already in discussion for offtake for the improved amount. That sounds like a lot more than potential to me. The fact that they went straight to offtake discussions is an example of the momentum this management team is building. Not just talking, doing and doing quickly. What’s not to like?
