Everyone will have their own interpretation, mine is very positive on this announcement. In my view this type of announcement, is being released to keep the market informed that the company has capacity to execute and settle a large sale (eg $40M+) before the end of 2023.

Without this sort of announcement, if a large sale was entered into in the near future - some may have argued that management had not informed the market that the company had capacity to enter and settle an order of that scale before end of 2023 (eg continuous disclosure issue). Especially since we had the recent announcement they are in sales discussions for a re-order with the client who purchased $11M.

I’m not suggesting this is a slam dunk that there will be a large order coming. Just that IMO this is a necessary stepping stone before one should be released. Besides risks of obsolesce which have been addressed, I cannot see this announcement as anything but positive. DYOR
