I can't understand why this is 'market sensitive' announcement. All its saying 'hey guys you know that pile of cash you gave us, well we are spending it so don't be surprised when we ask for more!'
From past announcements (like 6/March one for just 600k), if they had $18m of orders, they would be screaming about it from the steps of Town Hall. Think its a bit of creative accountancy. Remember the imminent Middle Eastern >$100m contract?
Happy to have egg on my face but the SP looks like going sub 23c.
