turnover has dropped right away, the big players are set and awaiting developments. I've no doubt this announcement was designed to arrest a decline in sp caused by fearful small shareholders reducing exposure and capitulating to the smart money, worried that support would disappear, before the company was able to announce anything meaningful. They've said as much as they can say by inference at this stage. If nothing emerges in the next few months, well then doomsayers will be right. Only time will tell. But the option of getting out and back in will not be there. Should a meaningful contract or two ensue, it will simply gap up. Even the chartists would argue its setting up for a large breakout. But will it be up or down?
