Try reading and then understanding, Pensana are also building a refinery and metal processing facility at Saltend in the UK ~ they will therefore get the full value of their Longonjo product. DM1 will be selling Concentrate to China or whoever is willing to buy it. Suggest you have a read of IXR's business plan, they recognised that producing a concentrate is only feeding the upstream sharks.
