Further to the narrative that someone sold a large volume to bring the sp down.
He is a 1 minute chart of DM1 for yesterday. The time is in UTC.
The largest 1 minute block of sells was 230,378 at 00:40 and dropped the sp 2.5c, the next was 212,957 at 2:10 and dropped the sp 1.5c
The largest block of sells from 01:15 to 01:21 was 308,919 and dropped the sp 5.5c
The next largest block of sells 02:52 to 02:54 was 120,537 and dropped the sp 3c
The total vol of these more major sell periods was 1,706,307 dropping the sp by a total of 22c
I didn't bother examining sells after 04:25 (UTC) as the sp had hit the low of the day.
Given that 13.7m shares were traded on the ASX yesterday of which 1.7m shares (give or take) was able to drop the sp 22c. Firstly it was impossible to be a T20 holder from last years annual report who held over 1.7m shares as those holders are escrowed.
It may have been someone who bought shares in the CR back in March. Either way it wasn't one large dump.
The majority of trades were either benign and or green, so something of the order of 12m shares. I think someone said the VWAP was around 57c, please correct me if I am wrong. As much as day traders were all over this yesterday, it is also clear that there were plenty who bought to hold and that perhaps a majority of the 12m are here for the longer term as they see that this company is significantly undervalued.
On a good note for all holders who had bought in prior to yesterday the sp was up 15% on the day, I will take that every day of the week, and looking forward to more 15% gains.
