DM1 completed metallurgical testing and their REE recoveries were over 70%-80%, exceeding the lab machine limits (see in DM1's ASX announcement below).
IXR's recoveries using Aqua Regia 44% as per their ASX announcement below.
Compare DM1's recoveries to IXR's 44% using Aqua Regia, it is only when they used significantly stronger acids they lifted it to 70%+, which means significant costs in terms of treatment to nutralise those acids. Why? Because of the alkalinity of the clays in Uganda.
DM1's REE grades at 2x and higher than IXR's...
IXR's REEs are ~10m thicknesses to 24metres thickness, DM1s REEs are between 24metres thick to over 80metres thickness for 20kms.
IXR's Market cap is $180million, DM1's market cap is $30million at 48c share price.
DM1 has an additional ~18 high quality Nickel Copper PGE targets, IXR only has its REEs.
Exciting times for DM1 shareholders over the coming days and weeks. Plenty of news to come.
