mate, i'm the most rose tinted guy in here most of the time..... but by their own admission:

The Company continues to progress as its main priority the environmental approvals process for its Arrowsmith North Silica Sand project, which is now in its final stages. An update
in this regard was provided to ASX on 30 May 2024.1
The Company expects these cost control measures will remain in place through to completion of this process.

they have matyred themselves at the absolute last possible moment to do so. it looks and reads well, but they raised twice at 52 week lows to fund salaries and only once they'd hit all time lows did they cut the management overhead.... and even then will only do so until minister sign off which is "imminent".... lessens the likelihood of another CR anytime soon, but they aren't getting a standing ovation from me just yet as, they literally just got off a plane from singapore to announce that they'll now tighten the belt.

again, i'm here and hopeful, but this may actually ellude to the fact that an adult is now pulling the strings behind the scenes or they have realised that they are completely out of "tins to rattle" and this is it.......

Probably just giving them half pay while they fly to europe for the winter.
