Root Bay is now up at 10.1Mt with a robust 9.4Mt in indicated. The indicated volume at 9.4Mt is now similar to the Measure / indicated that Core has in BP33 (although Core's BP33 does have a higher average grade at just over 1.5%).


Towards the end of the announcement GT1 include the map below. About a quarter of Peg6 is not yet included within this JORC update.

While GT1 know its there, a useful part of Peg 6 still remains outside this JORC update. Without having read it all, its not yet clear if its the pit constraints or the drill spacing preventing that bottom extent of Peg 6 being included but I'd be guessing drill spacing. The economics of mining the grey seam below the currently proposed open pit envelope are still being worked out although I'm sure GT1 are working on it. It may be the next JORC update will include an underground mining proposal which will pull that element into the JORC result. From back-of-hand calc's each 100m of Peg6 extension is around 600kt-1Mt material so there's clearly a few more Mt to add to the JORC result when the grey area gets included.
