So with GT1 now having 9.4Mt @ 1.3% indicated at Root Bay and 5.2Mt @ 1.29% Indicated at Seymour they have 14.6Mt @ 1.3% Indicated. Although high, a pit constraint has been imposed on both these JORC's. What proportion of this indicated is likely to make it to a resource with scoping studies? We will find out soon, but for the purposes of this post I'll assume 80% although I think it might be higher. That would put GT1's reserve at 11.7Mt @ 1.3% when they release their feasibility study. With the LCE multiplier of 2.473 they would be at 0.376Mt of LCE.
Hoopz has posted the chart below into X. At 48c, GT1's MC is A$130m so if you take of their June cash of $25.6m the EV is $105m they are down at $279/t LCE. The share price needs to increase a lot if GT1 isn't soon going to be an orange bubble hanging out way to the left with a 1.3% grade. On the associated commentary GT1 is tagged so Hoopz is following what GT1 release.
