well when a stock has a few days of big highs, apart from investors buying in for long term,,there are short term investors and finally sheep buying in,,..The sheep will buy in,merely following others because thats what sheep do. They would know little about the company,,its fundementals,,nothing..And when the short term holders sell,,,the sheep see this,,,and selll too....Hope that helps...
