I think they added the “soak” term for the extended shut in - As per letting it sit. I guess to imply a better result after retesting may be achievable - similar to pipestone.
There was no alternative anyway.
How much of the frac fluid was recovered from 3 though?
“The Calima-3 well testing performed as expected until the arrival of an unseasonal early spring melt curtailed testing operations requiring a full decommissioning of the drill site over a short period of time. The Calima-3 test of the Upper Montney was flaring gas (Figure 1) in the early stage of unloading (recovery of water injected during stimulation) at rates in excess of 2.5mmcf/d.”
