If I can be so presumptuous I think the market is missing the point with the the nickel price and WSA.
Nickel is a commodity that dances to it own drum. The recognition of its growing use as a technology metal is also lagging other battery materials. Are the Ni concentrates/laterites that come from wet lateric areas capable of competing in this market? I'm not sure but I'd image WSA is more capable of supplying this market together with those high value Ni sulphate(?) products it's developing to directly supply the manufactures of batteries.
Just like the energy stocks I think the bottom might come for WSA when markets are more glum and there is plenty of potential for that with the S&P 500 up close to 26% since its little correction last January.
I'll be waiting and circling WSA this year along with companies like STO and ORG for great bargains if the market dives. Confidence will eventually break in markets but people will keep needing nickel. Eshmun
