I think anyone can get this shallow resource into production, the hurdles are regulatory for all WA prospective U miners at this moment.
The Pilot plant is advancing the engineering and for any investor that could be bothered to attend the AGM you could have a good chat to the technical guy - I think we are in good hands technically and RH and any other CEO are not individually capable of changing Labor policy (i.e. equally ineffective at getting a Uranium mine into production)
All said I get the sense the world and the left side of politics after COP24 and WEF blessing of Uranium role in decarbonising the economy is changing rapidly and WA Labor will get on board. Its just a matter of time till we see the massive re-rate via either Labor policy change or via Basil Z ascendancy.
