It wouldn't surprise me if management would reject all offers if they can, only to hold on to their wagers.
But any smart M/A, T/O offer will likely stack the register with backers like DYL did with VMY and push Mike Young to step down..
Im more than happy to vote to anything that will change this current board that have achieve nothing of value, and only milked SH with high wagers and taken this company backwards.. Time for a change of management...!!!!!
