He isn't going to change his mind about mining uranium when he's bull shitting the price needed at $130 spot.
It's going to be a year if and when we get a chance to change the outlook for Toe in a big way if government change hands, unless some huge anti ALP swing happens in WA before that to panic this guy Cook into changing his tune and then suck up to the WA voters.
