It is great news but we actually need a path to mine it otherwise we will remain in this frustrating holding pattern. Either a change of government in WA by this time next year OR management finally take action on the substantial commencement option via the EPA. The management of CXU are actively pressuring the public and government, what are TOE management doing..?
