Looking at the Appendix 1 there are multiple intercepts for some of the drill holes so they have penetrated parallel veins this has to be a good thing especially given the true widths are mainly greater than your 2M rule of thumb .

I think that is a grade * % formula to get the "2" there is no m in it !
ie use a simple width * Cu% formula to get economic or not and guess the intercept width is say 33 % wider than the true width ?
guessing in the Appendix 1 intercept 24JEDDO68 of true width 1.5 * 1.3% Cu = 1.95 would likely be uneconomic but anything above 1.95 or your "2" as a rule of thumb would be economic ?
