Your post was a bit harsh imo. Some of the biggest companies in the world have been taken to the cleaners by their Chinese partners. Used to happen all the time, my guess is it is still happening now. Most don't go public about it as big boys don't cry, and frankly that is the risk you take when you go play in someone else's backyard.

Hopefully DYE have built themselves several layers of protection. For instance, my guess is that they are selling their commerialised product to the Chinese, not the you beaut stuff out of their R&D labs.
