Well, a few things to address!
1. the claim that ARD is the second largest Australian undeveloped silver resource is factually wrong!
2. About 1/3rd of the resource upgrade is due to the cut off grade reducing from Ag 60g/t down to Ag >15g/t.
3. This has resulted in an increase in silver and silver Eq oz but at a lower inground value for the resource on a value per tonne.
4. The value per MRE ton (AU$ spot) has fallen from A$114/t down to A$88/t making ARD the third lowest value of the companies I follow.
5. Only MKR and SVL have lower values. SVL has the lowest strip ratio of all companies on my list that have published them at 1.6.
