It appears the buyer of the 5,000t simply rocked up and knocked on their door. Can't complain about income that wasn't expected. They were banking on 7,000t/month so locking in 12,000/month would produce one hell of a re-rate.
NSL is now a producer and you're at the beginning of the curve holders, well done.
