I always wonder what the motivation is for people like yourselves to come in and constantly downramp a stock you don't own.

I know you're a holder of BRE so you might be seeing AUZ as a threat to BRE's dominance in that Bahia region
You might be an ex-holder of AUZ that has lost a lot of money in the past
Maybe you just like confrontation?

Everyone has a right to comment on a stock they don't own but I know I've never done it in all of my years of investing on the ASX, I just don't see the sense in it - anyway, each to their own.

There are obviously a lot of people here that have lost a lot of money on this stock and I can probably understand them letting off some steam but not sure if you're in that category.

I'm new to this company and so I'm prepared to judge the company on the post new CEO era and so far they haven't put a foot wrong IMO
