I think the sentiment towards this stock is a produce of two factors:
1. Not enough announcements has led to frustration
2. As you mentioned, they have demonstrated a wonderful ability to burn through cash with no numbers of any significance coming back in.
One of the above factors is very easily remedied, the other one, we cross our fingers!
