Newport Mining (ASX:NMN) has announced the first set of exploration
results for the MCPP, a highly prospective and potentially large-scale
phosphate project located in Brazil.
Rock chip sampling has returned grades of up to 20pc P2O5 at the
surface.
MCPP is located within the agricultural and industrialized
heartland of the southeast region of Brazil in the state of Minas Gerais
(General Mining State) some 250km to the west of Belo Horizonte.
