A simple 1mil raise will dilute SH by 33%+ at this level.
currently close to 600mil SOI.
another 250mil+ shares (presuming offered at a discount)... will take our SOI closer to 850-900mil.
IF it hits "1cent" after that... it will mean our market cap will be closer to 9-10mil. Yet we will still not have enough cash in the bank for a drill campaign.
Some people here already raised concerns regarding whether a drill campaign may even be possible at garnet skarn copper whether they will get permits..
Augustus is the only prize I see here for potential... unless they make a new acquisition...
