There is the share distribution PLUS shareholders can apply for additional shares at 20 cents each in Winsome. The share price increase is not only to do with the "visible gold" announcement but buyers also wanting to participate in the new IPO. The MTC share price will go down when the distribution happens, however we will have two stocks. Happy to hold MTC at the moment and also buy more of the new Lithium company.
