you’re quite right. They aren’t retaining any shares. My bad. I misunderstood one of the announcements. I guess that’s better for shareholders that we get all of them. ( although directors will obviously get their fair share too, as shareholders).
I hope you’re right about those buying for the entitlement. As it’s straight forward as you say, then it’s easy to work out the value. so we’ll know on/after ex date.
