For the proposed Indicative Share Structure of WR1 refer to p.9 of the Presentation announcement dated 7th Sept. There you'll see that WR1's proposed shareholding will be comprised of the 45M shares distributed to MTC shareholders, 10M to priority buyers, 15M to LRC and up to 65M on offer through the IPO organised by the broker. No mention of any equity retained by the company MTC.
