DF has been with RNI since 1/9/12 as per this 31/8/12 ann:

Most recently, Mrs Fullarton was the Financial Controller and Company Secretary for Grosvenor Gold Pty Ltd, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of RNI in March 2012."

So, she is not a starry-eyed newcomer to the RNI scene. It's possibly worth noting too that Grosvenor Gold held a large area of land in the Bryah Basin (including Wodger etc) for some years before being bought out by RNI, so DF has been involved with this area longer than anyone else.
