Welcome on board Spec, yes there's financing and ramp up risk here but the potential reward is substantial.
I will never understand why WB or MZ never grabbed a 10% share of GCY. I even said as much to Wayne. Worst case scenario you do your 10 million but you still get first seat at the table when the receiver's appointed.
