    It took them well over 1 year just to get the phase 1 plant commissioned properly!!!!! Tin 100% RIGHT. These guys don't know what they are doing. And all the post that this cap raising gets rid of Magna are incorrect. This cap raising "augments" the Magna secured loan. That means they needed more than the Magna loan to keep going.

    Just more smoke and mirrors!!!!
