We never knew for sure that they weren't going to convert but you're right in that regard, it was wishful thinking. However if this gets rid of the 15% royalty, would you still argue that it wasn't worth it? Considering the money saved long term and the fact that the shares have gone to long term top 20 holders, you must be able to see that this was a good decision to move forward without Magna on our back?

It's India, of course timelines aren't kept. Anyone who has done business in India will tell you how long things take.

Beside the fact the company have taken a long time to reach this point, do you still not think that it is a good investment?

    - money to expand
    - approvals to expand
    - established relationships
    - government support
    - offtake agreements
    - staff and community relations

The company have everything going for them now without an entity constantly supplying the market with shares. You could say this has made the registry tighter.

It's not all doom and gloom all the time. If you look past the negative cloud surely you must see the great position such an undervalued company are in.
